“What are the Allegations,” I ask, taking the file, placing it on my lap. I look at Abby bright eyed, excited to learn all about the new case that we’re going to be working on.

“The Allegations are felony rape and battery! The victim claims nonconsensual sexual intercourse, but the kicker is that he was unconscious, as if someone drugged him. Furthermore, why would he get high to assault her when she works for the MC, she asked him to take her home, and she’s the one that gave him the beer. I’m having the bottle tested for drugs because it sounds to me that she drugged our client. Besides, you would think that our client would get the hell out of dodge if he did commit the rape and battery but no, the police showed up after they received a call. They found our client in the apartment and he was totally confused about what was going on,” Abby says, looking narrowing her dark brown eyes.

“Right, that does seem odd,” I say, entering notes in my tablet.
